we cleaned the concrete porch flat roof from any dirt or grit to get a good adhesion for the Triroof HPX Hybrid Polymer Liquid Membrane

Outcome

we sealed the the top of the concrete porch roof with Triroof HPX Hybrid Polymer Liquid Membrane, it formed a rubber seal on the top surface which means the concrete will no longer become porous and soak water through to the internal property walls
